What are my rights please?!! I have been with 3 for some years. When my contract was due for renewal last year I complained that in 2 large areas near my home I get no signal so was thinking of swapping to Tesco (whose coverage of these areas is not a problem) I was assured that I would not have a problem as my new phone would pick up another network in these areas. This was the only reason that I renewed my contract with 3. However it does not happen! On holiday last year I was without connection for most of the week - I do not feel that 3 are fulfilling their obligations under the contract. I have contacted them but the answers I have received have been useless!! Do I have a right to cancel the contract as it is not as described??

No network guarantees 100% coverage, so no you can't cancel on that basis. No free lunch, and no free laptop
