Comments

  • Morning all :)

So far I've managed to _

    - check banking
    - making bread
    - laundry on airer (and banisters!)
    - heating off
    - packed lunches for all
    - updated spending diary
    - menu planning and shopping lists done for the week

    Later:

    - call John Lewis re: cc payments - have asked them to take a regular amount, but they are still taking minimum
    - pay difference between what I asked JL to take and what they actually took ;)
    - lunch on leftovers
    - dinner from menu/stores
    - keep on with the gradual decluttering

Hope everyone has a good day :)

    • Lunch made of reduced bagels with reduced eggs fried and put on top (no butter and used olive oil so it's healthier!)
    • Sent my parcels via FedEx Economy
    • Check bank balance
    • Walk to the Post Office
    • Head to the biodiesel station
    • Put some bits and bobs on eBay!

    I'm a newbie -
    • Credit Report checked ("supposed" late payments sorted - a plus for report)
    • Club Card obtained - Petrol + money saving time
    • Shopping done - reduced foods and own brands = £12.10
    • Make lunch for tomorrow
    • Listen to Jeremy Vine (a must)

    Rock on.
I wish I had a picture like Martin Lewis that spins round.

    Hey there lovely peeps

    Here's DFW life avec moi:
    1. Working hard
    2. Free cuppa x 2
    3. Walking
    4. Found 5p
    5. Bought choccies for the team - not v DFW, I hear you cry, but I always eat theirs and never usually buy anything so thought it was about time :o
    6. Lunch for the week - toasted fruit loaf from the freezer and cheese - mmm… £2.88 for around 8 lunches too ;)
    7. Trip to lush for my beloved Ultrabland - best cleanser I've found for sensitive skin and lasts for ages - this will give me the 5 pots I need for a free face mask too :D
    8. Finish knitting a headband
    9. Pennies in the pot
    10. Early night

    Missworks2jobs - freecycle could be the answer…

Welcome to the small things thread PSUK64

    Catch up later everyone!

Hi Karb- I have joined Flylady thread on OS forum, so hopefully I have a nice shiny new home at the end of the week. To be honest work has been pretty stressful recently so it will just be nice to get some time away from it.

Missworks2jobs- I agree with La Escocesa, freecycle is a great way of getting rid of unwanted items-we even managed to get rid of old paving slabs!
