    Monday ~ Living room/family room or other reception room!
    Level One
    done
    Level Two

    Dust and deweb.. check those smoke alarms
    Level Three
    Polish glass, mirrors and pictures


    Extras
    1. 15mins. filing
    2. Wash any soft furnishings that are ickified
    3. Clean out a cupboard.. any cupboard
    4. If you are able/weather permitting go do your necessary garden jobs.
    Tuesday ~ Kitchen and Dining Mess
    Level One
    done
    Level Two
    Clear out a cupboard.. The one with baking supplies or the one with pans and plastic boxes.. GO!! Or you could, if you have one, clear the pantry!
    Level Three
    Wipe units and large appliances.. don't forget kickboards!
    Wipe the insides of all the cupboard doors!

    Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level 1
    Check smoke alarms are working
    Remove bed linen and replace with fresh linen
    Declutter the floordrobe
    Level 2
    Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs.. make sure to do the bed base.. mine was gross
    Vacuum mattress before replacing fresh linen
    15 minutes grotspot clearance
    Level 3
    Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
    Sort one area of clothes or linen storage making sure only what should be in there is, anything that's had it's day or doesn't belong there is removed
    Defluff and demuck woodwork... skirtings, window frames, door frames dados, picture rails etc

    Extras
    1. fling boogie time, time for that midweek fling, go grab a bag and clear that clutter
    2. Air the duvet.. fling it over the line for half an hour if you can.. fly away bugs!
    3. Clean windows in these rooms
    4. Binbag dance to go to charity shop! Or just general rehoming!
    Thursday ~ Bathroom, Study and Stairs!
    Level One

    Vacuum/mop all these floors
    Level Two
    Wipe keyboard/monitor etc.. bath, basins, bog.. the works!!
    Check bath sealant/grout.. does it need replacing? If so either do it or arrange for it to be done
    Wash bath mats, shower curtains, net etc
    Level Three
    Wipe paintwork up the stairs.. it always looks so much nicer cleaned and vacuumed!
    Clear and tidy and sort a bookcase/shelves!
    Clear and wipe the desk. do relevant filing/shredding etc
    Extras
    1. HHI
    2. Catch up relevant phonecalls
    3. Do a mini-job you have been putting off forever.. an email or letter or whatever!
    4. Make a start on a craft project you've been wanting to do for ages! or finish one!
    Friday ~ Childrens Rooms, Spare rooms Or just neglected spaces!
    Level One
    Declutter and vacuum the floor!
    Strip and wash and replace stinky bedding
    Make half an hour for YOURSELF!!!
    Level Two
    Sort through a cupboard of clothing
    Sort through a box of toys/junk
    Binbag dance
    Level Three
    Tidy/straighten a bookcase/shelf unit
    Wash any curtains/cushions etc that are in need
    Dust and deweb

    1. Make a list of 5 things you want done by the start of half term holidays.. ;)
    2. HHI
    3. Clean out pets.. make appointments for any vaccinations they need!!
    4. Wipe away all sticky fingerprints and suchlike!

    I'm going to finish work handy tomorrow and get stuck in as soon as I get home.
    I am out Friday night and in Manchester all day Saturday.
    Things are starting to slide here, so must get back on top of it. Was I ever on top of it?:rotfl:

    Well my house will b unrecognisable at this rate!:T

    Today I have cleaned hoovered,dusted, cleaned windows, changed bedding in main bedroom. Hoovered landing. Cleaned main bathroom. WM x 1, DW x 1, ironed, made 2 pasta bols (1 for t 1for freezer) and finally done pack ups for 2mo:rotfl::rotfl:

    Looking forward to 2mos liist!?! Think I'm developing a problem ere - haha.

    And school clothing payments.. it almost covers a pair of shoes per child! And reduced cost bus passes if the children are not eligible for free ones for school.

    Wipe table replacing cloth if necessary.. I want to see pretty tables piles of mail and pens and goodness knows what else has to go!

    Well, day three and I can truthfully say that I haven't done much (but then I am out at work all day, to be fair).

    Still, the sitting room is hoovered; the kitchen sink is cleared and the tops wiped down; I picked up the (admittedly not huge) floordrobe and put a load of washing on, plus decluttered a bag of stuff. AND I did a huge pile of ironing, even identifying a couple of bits to be mended.

    So I've identified them. I'm not saying they've been mended yet :D

    This probably sounds like peanuts, but it's a start. I'm quite pleased.

    Hugs to all those who need them - sorry to read such sad stories of various OHs not doing their bit :grouphug:
