Is that on now???
No, it was on the other night and I recorded it. I rarely watch live TV now, I get more jobs done if I record programmes and fast forward the adverts:rotfl:
Well my livingroom is smelling clean, I've actually polished it for the first time in ages. Now I'm going to light a candle and prep my books for putting out later as I've just realised they're not done yet, so going to count that as the 15min filing as it will clear a mound of papers/brochure off my dining table
Monday ~ Living room/family room or other reception room!

Wear something purple light a candle and remember Diva and other people we no longer have with us but carry forever in our hearts

Right, now I need to find the flyer file to edit to put in with the books...:eek:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

Letters taken to solicitors,
Leather suite wiped,
Cupboard straightened,
Picked tile up in garden that has blown off the roof, and checked the chooks. Over 40 mph winds here, so no hope of leaf collecting.
Purple Monday Done in Memory of Diva
Will light scented candles tonight
Hugs to all who need them, along with extra spoons and sticks. Love to all. xxx

Sorry, guys - couldn't do as much of the list as I hoped before physio.
Feeling a bit lightheaded now - she moved me around more than I would have liked - but apparently, what I need now is a bunch of needles stuck in my neck and arm, together with a chronic pain management clinic and a 6 week supervised exercise class twice a week
However, I wore my purple scarf, purple gloves, purple vest top, purple drawers and purply lipgloss to the appointment. Along with the bog standard joggers and T shirt as it was physio and they like pulling you around:(.
Shall try and persuade DD to lift all the junk she dumped in the living room last night when she got back from her father's, and then hope for a miracle - that she pushes the vacuum around for me.
Off to the club tonight again - will be getting into the joys of Miles Davis and So What - at last something where the bass is centre stage for a short period :cool:I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
in again this week- thanks for lists.
Very sorry to hear of the loss of Diva.
I'm too new to have known her but she sure was some special lady to many of you.
haven't read thread yet but just off to empty dw and put wm on
still quite tidy from last week
Hugs to all

wow windy here, so sent DH out twice at lunch time to stop poly tunnel from ending up in France:eek:
saw some vinyl flooring that would do for bathroom in a shop window at the weekend, so sent DH out to buy it and they are coming to fit it tomorrow:j
I used my purple dyson to tackle todays list, it managed to do the floor, plus under the large rug, all moveable furniture, dewebed and dust removed before I needed to empty it. Pictures cleaned, plants watered, clutter mostly gone.
Decluttered a fruit bun and an orange, not the most healthy lunch but it has been worse, at least I had one of my five a day.
Wound a ball of wool for next wolly project.Sue
Do I need to eat it
Can I afford the calories:eek:
have I checked for a lower calorie version:T0 -

Doesnt help that its my wedding anniversary on Wednesday and my ex is out enjoying life and im sat here bloody miserable. Doesnt help that he wont divorce me, doesnt pay me maintenance, doesnt work, doesnt bother with his kids from one week to the next but has taken on a new daddy role with someone elses. Grrrrrrrr.
OK rant over im off to boot the black dog up the asre and get some cleaning done.
So divorce him!!!!! Be pro-active and get things in motion now.. if he has been gone 2 years+ he doesn't even get the option to refuse.. best thing is.. if he is living with someone else you can also add adultery into the papers and name her to be truly vengeful.
Add to tomorrows list.. contact solicitor to get rid of the dead wood from life!
Then CSA him if you feel up to it..Make sure they don't say payments are made to you and that they take it from his wages and pass it on instead..
And we shall send a plague of fleas to infest his genitals!
And now I shall moan...
!!!! !!!! !!!!ety !!!!!
My bay needs refelting.. my guttering needs replacing AND my bog needs unblocking.... It is blowing a hoolie so noone will even come look at it... DS1 needs a deposit for a new flat and that will need furnishing.. I will speak to gf about having some of the crockery and cutlery etc and maybe a few bits, I think that is fair enough given we all furnished it and she has it all and he has about 1/4 of his clothes and nothing else..
on a plus the chav family lowering the tone of my not very posh street have been ousted!!!
Miss Baloo now has vests and sleepsuits that fit and DS1 has a couple of new pairs of jeans providing they fit..
I need to trot to shop for foody things for tonight and tomorrow

Monday ~ Living room/family room or other reception room!
Level One
Declutter and vacuum the floors! Done by Mr LW
Wear something purple light a candle and remember Diva and other people we no longer have with us but carry forever in our hearts Purple jewellery, as I'm already dressed and need Mr LW's assistance to undress/change; the Pentagram I have on today has a beautiful purple stone at its centre – I also have a large chunk of amethyst on the table in front of me, HM purple candle at the ready to light this evening – Safe journey to the Summerlands, Diva my friend. Also remembering others who have left us – Colin, Dave, Ro. And the furred ones – Tina, Penny, Robbie, Peggy Sue.
Level Two
Vacuum under furniture you can safely move! Done by Mr LW
Dust and deweb.. check those smoke alarms Done
Straighten a bookcase All tidy already – I'm something of a neat freak about having books filed properly.:o
Level Three
Polish glass, mirrors and pictures Done
Wipe and water the plants N/A
Fill a binbag of clutter and fling it Done – mainly detritus from woodworking!
Extras- 15mins. filing Done
- Wash any soft furnishings that are ickified Deferred til doors finished (hopefully the last one will be hung Thursday night) Will need Mr LW's help to do curtains (I can't get them down on my own)
- Clean out a cupboard.. any cupboardDone
- If you are able/weather permitting go do your necessary garden jobs. Regrettably I'm not well enough to be safe doing this on my own; hoping to do some at the weekend when Mr LW's here with me.
For the first time in what seems like ages, I can get to all my files, so I'm very happy that the filing tray is now empty! :T
The last door is currently laid on newspaper on the kitchen floor for the first side to dry; Mr LW will flip it over tomorrow morning for me to varnish the 2nd side, and it'll stay there to dry til he comes home Thursday, when, if all goes to plan, he'll hang it.:)If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Afternoon all,
A thoughtful day after learning of the sad news of Diva, has put my little moans and groans into perspective. Took flowers to mums grave after work and have sent OH to take some to his mums once he finishes work.
List I will aim to complete -
