Problem with Htc Wildfire on Three? Any help?
Hi, just wondered if anyone can help, my fianc!e took out the htc wildfire on Monday (£20 a month on Three) and for the first couple of days she was happy, but since then she has been having problems with the camera. On close up pics it is fine but on slightly further distances the pics are always coming out blurry. Does anyone else have this problem? Also, does anyone know if Three would let me return the phone in exchange for the more expensive desire? (£25 per month). What is the returns/exchange policy?
Hope someone can help.
Many thanks

Unlikely Three generally don't allow returns and refunds / contract cancellation on phones once they are used. Sounds like the phone is faulty and needs to go back for repair or replacment. Most likely to be a replacement as it's in a week.
They are also very unlikely to allow you to upgrade the phone.0 -

the camera on the htc wildfire (and all htcs really) are generally found to be pretty lacking.
have a look on flickr at photos taken on the htc wildfire (here are some) make them full 'Original' sixe and see how they compare to what she has taken, if they are similar then there will likely be nothing wrong, if there is a major difference then there likely will be.
as you can see from this pic and this even in ok/good light it is still blotchy/blury.
also you may find the pics from the desire are not much better, I'd look on flickr for test shots taken with a desire too if image quality is important. (though they do look ok)0 -
For comparison here's some pics I took using my Desire-HD FlickrLaters

Maybe a silly question, but have to mention it, she is letting it focus for each picture?0

MJS12345: How did you get on attempting to exchange the handset?
If you purchased the original handset in a 3 Store they do allow you to exchange the handset within 14 days whether unused, personalised/used. Typically though, exchanges (and returns) usually result in a poorer customer experience compared to when making the original purchase.
If it was purchased from their website or over the phone then they won't entertain it if the handset has been used.
Hopefully you got it sorted anyway!0 -

Hi, just to let you know that Three let me change it for the HTC Desire and the £25 a month contract.
Cheers for the help0
