AOL offering new service?

Hello
I have called customer support to cancel my AOL broadband due to the price increase and they have informed me of a new service they have rolled out
£22.19 for broadband up to 24mbps (platinum)
free uk landline calls all day every day
unlimited free 0845 calls all day every day
They say I will pay them for the line and no need to pay BT anything.
I currently get only 1-2mb maximum speed but I have been told they can double this speed as they will be taking control of my line and no BT throttling.
The email says it was "Voted number 1 bundled provider for value for money in the 2010 Broadband Choices customer satisfaction awards."
I assume talktalk, AOL and carphonewarehouse are all the same company now?
Anybody else got this offer? I am tempted just wanted to get your view because you people seem to have more knowledge on this than me
Any help appreciated

Remember that once your line is LLU'd by TT, then getting out is not easy-you would have to take your line rental back to BT on a 12m line rental contract before you can change ISP.
LLU to LLU transfers are not possible, with very few exceptions. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
