Homeserve ignore compaint

A Homeserve engineer, whilst investigating a problem, managed to wreck my loft ladder and damage the surrounding door and paintwork. My letters and emails of complaint and request for compensation continually receive standard replies of 'we are investigating, etc'. This has been going on for nearly 2 months now. I would appreciate if a member of the forum could advise where else I can escalate a complaint about Homeserve and their delaying tactics. Thank you for any advice.

They typically sell through what's known as affinity partners - usually the water or power utility. Go to the company that introduced HomeServe and ask them to intervene on your behalf.0
