Orange Magic Numbers-website doesnt work

Hi all,

I have an Orange PAYG mobile and i have two issues...

Oops.no it hasnt....

I have now managed to login to bright top ups so that bit is ok.

The bit which is causing me annoyance is that the management of magic numbers cannot be done via the orange website despite the fact that there is a dedicated section.

For Example,in early Feb it said,you cannot change your magic numbers until after Feb4th.

Fine..revisited website on Feb 4th..

It now says,you cannot change your magic numbers until after March 4th....AAArrrrghhhhh

And this goes on month on month...

So you have to ring CS and pay a flat fee of 25p or something.

Why have a website that doesnt work??
