How to tune old hitachi telly on the av channel

Hi, there was usually a button with a symbol like a square turned 90 degrees on the fascia or behind a flap. Holding this down for several seconds usually brought up another menu. Can you post pix of the front fascia or the panel behind the flap.?

edit, so after everyones help a freecycler has given me a hitachi tv, c28w44on tv, guess what? He has not brought the tv controller, so now this tv finds teh dvd player straight away but still not the wii! So do I have the same problem that I had with the sanyo tv? Any help much appreciated, or can this one be manually tuned to AV channel without controller?
