Nokia 1100 for elderly parents
My mum is currently using a Nokia 8310 but gets into a fankle at times. She finds the On/Off button difficult to use as it's on the top and quite small - usually she doesn't hold the button in till it goes off but keeps pressing it and ends up changing the profile instead(despite being shown umpteen times). She also has difficulty putting on the keylock as she can't seem to get the hang of pressing the buttons correctly.
Volume is also an issue as she doesn't always hear it ringing.
I was looking at the Nokia 1100 as the Power button seems to be on the front. It also has an automatic keylock. Don't know about the volume - is it any louder?
A flip phone may of course be better.
Any comments on the 1100 or is there a better option? Needs to be inexpensive too and easy to unlock.

My mum uses the Nokia 2650 and it seems quite easy.
