This a cracking deal as BG don't do cashback anymore and the best current cashback I can see is £80 via TCB for npower.
Be careful which tarriff you choose though - read the small print terms, some online tarrifs are excluded, says awarded after 60days and doesn't appear to mention a 'lock-in' period so could techniically switch again after 2 months for another cashback deal.
Anyhoo, doing mine now, that's a lot of Saturday night Vue cinema tickets sorted.
Thanks op.

Remember though that Martin Lewis would say dont just go for this for the points unless it really is the best deal for your fuel.
If you are fortunate after a thorough search to find that BG is the best for you then this is a good incentive.

That's fine for the long term, but if you're a cashback/deal hussy switching 3 to 4 times per year, your gains will probably more than make up for the marginal 'losses' in price comparison per unit short term.0 -

this kind of offer may or may not work out for you - it's a personal decision in the end.
for example, i just did a check on my gas and electricity bills; by switching to BG, i would pay an extra £46 per year. so to earn £200 cashback (plus an extra £10ish for entering reading online etc.) could work out well for me and other people. chances are that you wiil get the nectar points without any problems, but always remember that there is a small chance that it might not work. in this case, if you email nectar with your problem along with your details (e.g. when you joined etc.) then they should sort the problem out for you.
