URGENT-Exchange without receipt but got bank statement.

    Hi everyone called up customer services before I went in as she said a bank statement does suffice as a proof of purchase. The lady behind till didn't even check it and gave me an immediate replacement for same or another one. I opted for the same but it was very easy and of course the bank statement and amount helped her track down my transaction. Thanks for everyones help, I've learned something today- didn't know this could be done!
