Problems with Groupon customer service

Has anyone else had problems with getting a response from Groupon customer service recently? I logged two tickets on January 10th, which have still not been resolved :( I sent reminders to their email address on January 20th, then an email to the MSE groupon rep on January 31st, and then another reminder to both groupon…

Contact GroupOn direct - be pushy and they should refund you. Added bonus - mention them in a tweet to get the email looked in to quicker.
