I'm having similar problems , bought a restaurant voucher valid June until early September. Tried a couple of times to book early on but couldn't get a table . Then went on holiday and came back realising the voucher was running out so called again to make a booking but the restaurant said they couldn't honour Groupons any more so to go back to Groupon for a refund. Called yesterday : nothing but guitar music. Emailed their customer service and got an automated reply. I had a couple of good experiences with Groupon early on but now it seems they can't handle growth very well ? Would be wary of using them after this is resolved0

I'm really surprised to hear all these negative reviews as I use Groupon a lot and have requested several refunds over the past year or so and always got a quick response and a no quibble refund. I wonder why it's so different for everyone? Do you think it could be because I use them so much (I buy at least one a month)? I'm just really surprised as I find their service really good.Never argue with an idiot; they'll bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.0

Hello, I dont know what to do so am hoping someone may be able to offer me some support. I purchased a a hair transplant for 2240gbp via Groupon with the LHTC. Im suffering from hair loss and am young and looking back it wasnt very clever of me to make a purchase so quick and of such a large amount. I did some quick research and the groupon description had a harley street address, they said the initial consultation would be with a registered GMC practitioner. This treatment would be with a doctor with over 10 years experience.
Anyway, the consultation was with a salesman. I got a bad feeling from the start. It was the weekend so i sent groupon an email requesting a refund because this seemed like a scam, the treatment would not be in manchester as the voucher stated instead would be in a dental clinic in fulham? Its been 2 weeks and I have had no response from groupon and its been stressing me out. Groupon also charged me 2240gbp plus 69gbp for not apparent reason. I have been trying their phone lines every day but they seem to be down. I dont know what to do as its such a large amount of money and its turned into a nightmare. Can anyone help me please?0 -
and i use groupon all the time, but have never had to request a refund before so dont think the level of service is based on how many items you purchase through them0

I've been on hold for 33 minutes trying to get through to them...keeps saying "you are moving up the queue".. getting a bit ridiculous now. I've had no response to my emails either!!0

The company I have bought goods from - UK Canvas - have also not responded to emails or phone calls.
Anyone know what I can do now?

Having exactly the same issues as you with UKCanvas, ordered 5th September, still nothing, they don't answer their phone or respond to emails, I don't want the canvas anymore as it was for a present for someone whose birthday has long passed.
I am phoning my credit card company tomorrow to try to get a refund that way as Groupon have been useless also.0 -

I have just gone to redeem my voucher on UK canvas and the website is showing as "Account Suspended". has anyone else found this and has the website come back afterwards? I'm thinking this doesnt look good for my canvases!0
