ANYONE received a promised Biscit refund?

Stepping out from the vast glut of the other FVB forum to try and ascertain, specifically, if anyone who had billing amounts illegally taken from their Biscit account and were promised a refund have received one yet.
I was promised via email 31 10 (by a D Miller) that I would be refunded next day and the person (DM) would personally monitor the situation and inform me when the transaction occured etc.
As of 12/11 STILL no refund and D Miller has ignored every daily email sent since 1/11 asking about the matter.
So much for promises......

Emailed regarding d debit taken 3 times in one month. Refund within 1 hr !

What email address are you using to cancel/request repayment of unauthorised debits?, I've 'lost' my card to prevent further transactions being taken.I want to take on capitalism, but cant get the day off work....0

Got c/c as payer (have my reasons for not using DD) but they are onto it.
Alarmed by your other thread GN re BUSTED BISCIT but with various different names for the parent company (and various addresses) plus the fact two directors chose to leave the running of their company at a time of intense takeover business to pursue a rightful complainent in court and later for libel (see ADSL GUIDE forum) does not increase my confidence in this company.
Am connected currently but have no way of determining how much I am expected to pay for it nor any other T&Cs as repeated emails to Bisc*hit (from trusted web-based provider) have gone unanswered. No support and no way of accessing such despite having two phones and email and a capacity to put pen to paper and post!
Nice to hear that so many institutions and financial advocates (ML for one) are out in force to assist the Xmas Hampered ones with their problems; we seem to have been ignored.0
