Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone had any good/bad experience they could share with me with using the Post office Home Phoe with Broadband Extra service?
Many thanks.

Yes, i'm currently with them, have been for 2 months, and have nothing but headache from the day i signed up. Billed incorectly, took a month to even activate the broadband, lies and rubbish from call staff, Put in a complaint took a month for a reply. Total waste of time!0

We had major issues with billing as well with the Post Office. We only had Home Phone with them, but they billed us for broadband. When we tried to get the problem sorted they then billed us for a wacking great early termination charge. Was absolutely ridiculous and took from April until October to get sorted!0

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole - almost as bad as BT. Had nothing but problems, everytime my landline rings it drops my internet connection out, can't hear properly when using landline as the line is terrible ie hissing noise, silent, broadband signal going through phone etc etc, engineer came out and replaced router - BT then charged ME for the new router!! In June told them to cancel my contract, have told them verbally, in writing numerous times - still waiting for them to do it - haven't paid them a penny since - internet/phone still connected!A home is not a home ..... without a dog0

Blimey , you have had problems. I don't have broadband extra (just the cheaper lite) but for over 2 years not had any problems apart from the well known one of their mail server doesn't work at busy times. Friends and my parents use them and have had no issues either. Isn't it a BT product they resell?0

Do not use them: 5 months on with no service, continual (long expensive) telephone calls to try and fix, never had a connection to either a landline or broadband and they still insist I owe them between £77 and £249 depending on what number they hit on the dartboard that week: Customer (di)Service incompetent, Customer Complaints lazy and rude, now have debt collection agency ringing daily but refuse to pay for something that has never worked. NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING0 -
I've been with Post Office homephone & BB for 2 years, easy set up & transfer, reliable service and billing. What can I say? No problems here0
