Rusty sill on Mondeo, repair advice?

While you are down there I would treat the inside of the sills with Dinitrol

It's good stuff, but for he sills I'd use waxoyl, only as it's a lot easier to apply at home at the weekend, and easier to get hold of.
They even do a nice black finish now as well.

Tractol range of paints are good.
If you are going to use a 'waxoil' type product,stand it in a bucket of hot water first ...... it'll be easier to work with.
