    The irony in that.. On that table it states O2 will automatically refund anything over £20 - I've been on the phone to them on and off the past 2 weeks and found out last Friday (04-Feb-11) that I have £40.34 in credit that is being directly transferred via BACS to my account - hadn't I of called and queried anything, this would of never been done.

    Awesome 'automatic' refunds O2.. The least I can praise you on is for actually notifying me I had this £40+ in credit and giving me a direct refund to my bank.
