Hetas Certificate, when should I be given it?

I had a woodburner fitter a couple of weeks ago, not certificate issued as yet.
Am I just going to annoy the installer if I start chasing him now for it? Thought I may have had it in the post a day or two later perhaps.
Not sure if it's something that takes a while to come through.
Thanks

I received mine 2 days after the installation of my stove, it was given to me when I paid the invoice. So, I shouldn't think there is any reason for any delay.

We usually leave them on the day but there's nothing wrong with posting them out later. They're supposed to be issued within 7 days of the installation according to HETAS but they don't enforce this.0

I usually issue them on the day too, or on receipt of payment. He could just be a bit slack but if it's not forthcoming check he actually is Hetas registered on the Hetas website.0

We give them on the day of completion, along with our invoice. Give them a ring and ask for it. It only takes the installer a couple of minutes to complete.
Some installers "forget" to issue them. You can always ring HETAS to check if they have received their copy, which is supposed to be sent within 7 days.0
