Yeah, I'm no better off. My comapny give me two weeks pay for each year I've worked there less SRP. So even though stat has gone up, I get no more money lol

You are entitled to redundancy pay as well as notice pay. If your employer gave you notice in December that your employment was to be terminated then you can base your redundancy on earnings over the past 12 weeks this should be better than the 3 days per week for your new contract. If you did not have a new contract but the 3 day week was a temporary measure and agreed in writing, then you can claim redundancy payments on your normal weekly wage (capped at the £400 per week). By the way, notice is based on your salary and is not capped.0
