Just come back from 28 week appt. I think I'll stop going I always come out depressed. Its a shame coz my MW is really nice....anyhoo some of you might remember I was measuring 3 weeks small 2 weeks ago. Well I'm now measuring 4 weeks small. MW again said not to panic - its very variable and lots of factors blah blah BUT she also said that if he's still small at the next appointment she'll have to send me to see the consultant at the hospital. But we're on holiday for 2 weeks from next Friday so my next appointment isn't until 22nd June!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She told me not to worry until then.....ummm that's like another month of not knowing whats going on!
She was very good about my SPD and said she could refer me to a physio if I wanted but again with my holiday getting in the way (of everything it seems) she can't do anything until I get back. The good news though is that being at work (and sat at my PC all day) actually seems to make it better. Its only when I'm at home I can't sit still for needing to clean and tidy the house.
I was told my baby was small at one of the last check ups before i had my son, although they didn't seem worried about it. He was 6lb 8oz-i'm glad he didn't come too early, he seemed tiny enough at full term for me.
I've actually brought some knickers that are under my belly-instead of going for big pants this time. I find anything that presses on my tummy (even at this early stage) irritates me like mad!
I didn't get piles untill after birth last time
And on the subject of boobs-mine feel fuller already, but i'm not expecting a major change as last time they only went up one cup size but several band/rib sizes.

I can't be bothered to be embarrased about my bits anymore
I keep dropping things down my bump!
Nor me. No point being embarassed after childbirth .... you certainly leave the delivery suite with no dignity left :rotfl:
I remember when I was having my first 11 years ago, I was 19 and sooooo embarassed about the idea of showing anybody anything at all - even having my bf in the room whilst I was being internally examined was embarassing!!! I ended up having a ventouse delivery and all of a sudden I went from there being me, mw and bf in the room to there being this audience of various doctors and other people at the end of the bed whilst my legs are up in stirrups .... I wanted the ground to swallow me up whole. I may as well have sold tickets to the general public! Then my mum's work colleague came to give me a bed bath and that just about finished me off - I don't think anything will embarass me again :rotfl::rotfl:Olympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

I was leaning over his desk watching what he was doing on the screen and it just sort of happened.
Best keep drooling within the confines of own home.
lol:rotfl:
I drooled on my own desk, and yes you are right it just happened! I think I was eating some melon. Uncontrollable. Fortunately, I was on my own in the office:heart2: Mummy to one gorgeous little girl :heart2:0 -

Me too.... thankfully not that much. And the secret to not tipping over? Size 9 feet. My dad's to blame for that. Pretty much confined to boots and trainers, as I look like a drag queen in sandals and pretty shoes......:D0 -

Lirin - you paint such a lovely picture of yourself!
Bogeys galore round these parts. They just appear. A while ago I noticed there was one bouncing around up my nose but I was busy at work and didn't have a tissue to hand so made a mental note to go and blow it in the loos. Only by the time I got there it had disappeared! Really hope it didn't fly out on someone without me noticing.0 -
