Morning Ladies - not much to report here.

Krystaltips your post was the last one I read last night and I dreamt you had your baby - in my office strangely enough (and my boss wouldn't let you leave work early even though you'd had your baby!) I don't know what that dream says about me except that I am quite odd!

Have just eaten 3 crumpets and a cup of tea - is it really bad to have another 3? They were yummy!
I think it says more about how you feel about your boss lol... Crumpets are ace, I ate a ton of them at the beginning when I couldn't face any other food...

Teenie, your hubby is efficient... I'm due in a week and the cot is still in bits in the airing cupboard! I know what you mean about missing DD... I always feel a bit wierd when my eldest stays at my Mum's and her bed is empty...

HM (and Mr HM) sounds like things could be progressing... Keep us up to date won't you!

    I can't sleep... Again...

    That is all...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • know the feeling about being awake again *waves.....hiya lol soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo fed up with this insomnia lark but getting to catch up with my cousin in Canada for a change lol

I'm just lying in bed on the iPod, hubby rolled over and asked if I was ok, I said yeah... Can't get to sleep... He said maybe you should try.... Hmmm... Cos lying here in the dark for 90mins willing myself to drop off really works...

I can't get up, I end up more awake and stay up for longer... I'm just playing card games on the iPod and eventually I'll get tired enough to just slip it under my pillow and drop off lol...

  • I'm toying with the idea of trying to go for a walk....it's really peaceful in this part of the city at this time of night but I think if hubby found out he would kick my butt....have been sitting playing word games and eyes are getting tired so I might go try for some sleep again...if that doesn't work I shall be back lol......hope you manage to drop off soon xxxxx

Oh fingers crossed mr and mrs hungrymummy. Hope you're having cuddles with baby now :)
I had an awful nights sleep, dd woke up at 1 coughing and said she felt sick. She sounded really chesty, so i gave her some medicine. At 3 she threw her roast dinner up all in her bed, on the wall, quite a lot in her hands and hair etc...you get the picture. So i've got the quilt in the wash and i'm on the 2nd load now. Have had to call in to work to say we're not coming in, i feel bad as its my last week (as its half term next week) but at least i know they have enough staff to cover.

On a better note.....term today:j......and so the eviction notice is served, i really want this one to be early or on time.

We saw a friend of ours baby yesterday, he's 4 weeks old now and still tiny, he was brn at under 6lb, but is doing really well and putting on an average 1lb per week. I just couldn't help but stare at him, made me wish ours was here, but then i said to oh, doesn;t it scare you a bit?-He didn't reply!

Labour vibes to our bold ladies, and to everyone else willing their babies to make an appearance (thats me :) )

I'm going to see my friends new baby tonight hopefully....she had him by CS on Friday but has had a tough time since not being able to get out of bed without passing out due to low bp so hopefully they will be starting to get that under control for her xxxxx
