Not trying to be obstructive, but how is this a contract 'breach'? Your tariff has no relevance to most contracts - your service was provided by Openreach (BT) and you'll still continue to be served by them - the name on the bill and who you pay is just marketing, but whilst you can chop and change, if you had a minimum term, you will be required to pay for this regardless where you move to. The provider doesn't care - if you don't pay, They sell the debt to a DCA and you get the hassle.
  • think of changing my broadband and phone from BT to Primus apart from the billing is there any problems does it stay connected is the phone line ok

Post office have great phone deals and great customer service, not sure about broadband, but they have Broadband.
Also combo deals from Sky/BT are quite unbeatable, I hear Virgin are offering great combo deals too.

If you want great service, don't go Primus, I got burned with this company.
