Are Primus trying to rip me off?

Not trying to be obstructive, but how is this a contract 'breach'? Your tariff has no relevance to most contracts - your service was provided by Openreach (BT) and you'll still continue to be served by them - the name on the bill and who you pay is just marketing, but whilst you can chop and change, if you had a minimum term, you will be required to pay for this regardless where you move to. The provider doesn't care - if you don't pay, They sell the debt to a DCA and you get the hassle.0

Post office have great phone deals and great customer service, not sure about broadband, but they have Broadband.
Also combo deals from Sky/BT are quite unbeatable, I hear Virgin are offering great combo deals too.
If you want great service, don't go Primus, I got burned with this company.SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -
