ebay rant ..... sorry!

i really like ebay but two people have really annoyed me lately
i bought a set of the disney diecast cars from america for my son for christmas, they never turned up after 6 weeks, i emailed and asked when they were sent and if it was def by airmail
the reply was something along the lines of i know its annoying when things go missing i will ask my friend at the post off for more information
i emailed back askiing why she didnt know when it was sent and by how
i never got a response so i opened a paypal dispute on the 4th, she today has now provided tracking information and paypal are waiting for it to arrive
when i went onto the american website with the tracking information it says this was posted on the 9th of november,
she was really trying it on i dont think she would ever have sent them if i hadnt asked
its really annoying when people do that also i bought something else and paid after three days by paypal and have found tonight when i checked my profile i have a neutral for taking so long to pay
surely three days isnt that long?
