I WAS JUST TUCKING INTO MY MULLER VITALITY RASPERRY YOGHURT AFTER MY TEA AND I FELT SOMETHING HARD IN MY MOUTH SPAT IT OUT THOUGHT IT WAS A RASPBERRY SEED BUT IT WAS A BUG. I FEEL SO SICK AT THE MOMENT AND I DON'T THINK I CAN FACE THE REST OF THE YOGHURTS IN MY FRIDGE LET ALONE ANOTHER THING (THIS SHOULD HELP THE DIET). I HAVE EMAILED THEM TO COMPLAIN WHAT DO YOU DO IN THESE KIND OF SITUATIONS????

1) use lower case
2) paragraphs
3) calm down.
4) save the bug. Do not wash it. They may ask to see it.
5) save the yoghurt pot as it should have a use by date on it. This will allow them to find what batch it will be made on to investigate.
6) write your email to them saying the use by date, flavour, pack size and where you bought it from. Take a photo of the bug next to the yoghurt and attach to the email if you have a camera.
7) in a few days your get a voucher for small amount
8) if the yoghurts are a different flavour. Then they should be fine to eat.
At the end of the day they sell millions of yoghurts and you will get the odd insect in them now and then. It happens.0 -

Put the yoghurt and contents in the bin and get on with life.0 -
Wow, when you were a kid did you never wander along hedgerows picking raspberries and finding worms and bugs in the middle of them? I know I did, didn't kill me.
Email Muller, calmly, politely and not in capitals and you will probably get a voucher.0 -
call environmental health who will investigate the infestation in the factory. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Now I feel sick. I used to go picking blackberries but didn't find any bugs which means I must have... eaten them!! :eek:There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0
