Beware TALK TALK sneaky practices!!

Not sure if this was better off here or warnings board,

Just had a knock at the door. A lovely man came to tell me that there have been some changes made at the local telephone exchange meaning my broadband and calls have to be provided free by law.....

All I had to do was pay for the cost of a talk talk line rental..... LOL.

I told him I was quite happy where I was, as I pay so little to BT for my broadband and call package, and I told him how much I paid he was shocked, and said "you must be the only customer in the world paying that"..... which just confirmed his "free" deal cant be very good!!!

What a scummy tactic though! Beware!!

They don't work for Talk Talk,they work for a marketing company & have little or no training on the product.They are payed on 100% commision with no base salery at all,so it's in their interest to get you to buy.


I went for a interview for this shower a couple years ago,got the job but didn't take it up.I have too much self respect.
