i bin with t mobile for ten years and 6 months ago they put internet on my phone at 6 pound a month and never told me and could not tel me how it got put on ,i did not ask for this and when i ask for copy of phonecall said can not give me it ,can they do this any help please thanks

No you should request a cancellation and refunds of all charges unless they can prove you ordered the bolt on.
