Shopper Discounts - Is there any recourse to this scam?

I made a purchase last March and then received an invitation from 'Shopper Discounts' for a discount voucher on my next purchase from TicketMaster, which I accepted ...it seemed innocuous, I have been using QuidCo without problems for 2-3 years.
In the event, I did not use the voucher but I have since learned that they took my credit card* details from the original transaction and have been stiffing me for £10 per month ever since.
n.b. it's a card I use 20-30 times per month, so the tenner slipped under the radar, but now i'm once bitten....
I have been in touch with them and cancelled as of today but they say that since I entered into a contract with them (by not reading the small print) when accepting the original voucher, i am entitled to no refund.
Is there no recourse in this matter? ...does anyone know of the legal argument that would compel them to refund monies from this blatant scam?

Learn from the mistakes of others - you won't live long enough to make them all yourself.

You will have checked a tick box (or forgot to uncheck it ?) giving your consent.“That old law about 'an eye for an eye' leaves everybody blind. The time is always right to do the right thing.”0 -

all you have to do is cancel it by emailing s&d and monitor your statements,
in future you need to read anything before you click purchase0 -
This type of practice became very common. It happened to me not long ago when I placed an order over the phone. I accepted the voucher but it's not until I received it in the mail that I realized they were going to start charging me monthly.0

well I checked my account today and there it is! all refunded so not useing premier inn anymore. I hold them responsible for allowing this scam to be generated on their site. Need to warn all the other silver surfers to realy be carefull, makes me wonder why the government are pressing us olduns to get on line are they wanting us to get rid of our hard earned pensions.
