Perhaps unsurprisingly, I received a 'holding e-mail' promising me a callback at my chosen time the following day (this was last Wednesday), and have heard nothing since.
Absolutely appalling levels of service - I currently have a pay-monthly contract, my home broadband, and my landline services all through Orange, and have had problems with each of them. I'm going to try one more e-mail today, and if I hear nothing back, i'm moving all my services away to a company that actually acknowledges it's customers.0
