Sorry to post what may sound like a stupid question. I too am in a similar situation to OP and am a single parent to 2 young boys. Am I likely to be at risk of a custodial sentence? I already feel sick and suicidal at times and the thought of this is enough to just give up?

I feel so sad that things have got so bad :(

Julie - this thread seems to have been taken over by cobble/goffo or whoever he happens to be today !

You will get excellent advice from people with knowledge but im thinking you may be better to start a thread of your own out lining your situation . If you dont , the chances are that your replies will get tangled up with posts which are irrrelevant to you situation.

Just a suggestion in the hope that you get the help you need .

    Good luck
The loopy one has gone :j
  • Hi everyone

I've just removed over 40 posts from this thread. Can you please all remember to just report and then ignore so we don't have to work through the post checking for other off-topic posts? If you all reply to and discuss AEs it gives us more work to do and means it takes longer to deal with other reports.

    Thank you!

    Andrea :)
