I met up with the other dog walkers yesterday but although they saw what happened they did not want to get involved and thought it was a great laugh!
None of them was approached by the Officer even tho they admitted to me that their dogs had done their business in front of him.

Just wait until they get it happen to them and they`ll see whats its like when you treat them the same way and laugh at them !
  • The warden in our area tried to give my OH a fine whilst OH was holding a bag of poo! Took a bit of convincing that he was perhaps trying to fine the wrong person - it was only threats of how daft he would look on the front of the local paper that made him back down!
  • I also would like to know where these bods are when the real culprits are around. Are they just looking for a soft target.
The route to my daughters scholl is littered with dog s***e and I am paranoid about being accused of leaving it when I have my two dog with me.
most annoying is the mystery person who leaves it right next to the school gate where I stand to watch my daughter go in. Right next to a rubbish bin and right next to a hedge where they could at least kick the stuff under. Grrr Ive picked it up myself before now to avoid anyone else stepping in it and thinking it was me ( well my dogs, not actually me)
Hope you get it sorted out OP.

It's like that in my road. Someone is allowing their dog to have a huge poo right outside driveways and walking away and leaving it.

Then when I go past with my two dogs I get the accusing looks!
