Sorry if this has been brought up umpteen times before, but does anyone know how to contact them?
We had a very bad experience last December (2010) and it appears that the only way to contact them is by post! (Unless you want to pay for a 50p/min phone call.)
We posted them and they replied saying that they couldn't see to our problem just yet due to the ash-cloud which was causing them a bit of a back-log. (So much for the 14 days then...)
How long ago was the Icelandic ash-cloud, for heaven's sake?
