Airport Transfers

I have booked a holiday for 5 of us to go gran canaria (including my 18 month old daughter) for the end of april to beginning of may. I got it for quite cheap and reviews for the hotel we are staying in are all very very positive everywhere you look. I booked it through onthebeach.com and got a very good deal- I have recently read a lot of negative reviews about onthebeach.com- but a friend of mine who travels a lot recommends them highly (not that it matters now as the holiday is booked and payed for lol).
The reason I started this thread was to ask anyone if they knew of any decent airport transfers that can take us all to our hotel in puerto rico and back to the airport when we leave. Every single review I have read about most transfer services are very negative. I know that most people only write reviews to give negative feedback but I was wondering if any of you lovely people on here actually recommend any airport transfer service because of good experiences...
Any feedback would be greatly accepted.
