Heating grant needed....help!

Hi....I own my home but so wish I didn't as it's getting to the stage where everything is going wrong and I can't afford the repairs. The latest thing is that my radiators are starting to badly leak and most of them have been switched off....this is leaving me cold, cold, cold. I came home from work today to yet another leak and yet another radiator that needed turning off. I tried to get British Gas Homecare to cover my heating but they refused due to the age. So what do I do?
2 years ago I applied to WarmFront for help (I receive WTC and DLA) and got a new boiler which is great but what's the point when my radiators leak and don't work? I had a plumber out for an emergency repair and he said I need entirely new pipework and radiators but where could I get a grant for this? WarmFront site says they have no more money. Anyone know where I could go next for help with this and all the other things that need attention?

You could speak to your local council to see if they are still doing Homeowners grants
The council I work for is.
The environmental health dept deals with it
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0
