unwanted orangeworld texts
I recently got a Blackberry on an orange contract through a third party company.
I didn't think anything of it but on the 1st day of the contract I received texts from SKY news and FOOTB MUFC. I hadn't signed up to anything so didn't think they would be charged - I was wrong!! 10p per text and I've had 25 of them!
There was no message about how to stop them, but I found out by searching online. I think it's awful that you can just be signed up like this with no warning of cost or if they are unwanted a way to stop them.
Has this happened to anyone? Can I ask orange for a refund of the £2.50?
