I have had that a few times.....I can't get anywhere, tells me the installer was successful, but then won't print and tells me there was a problem. Tried loads of times now!

I got a reply to my complaint from Tesco Customer Services today stating exactly what the in-store supervisor had alreadyt told. The vouchers wouldnt be accepted by Tesco as "they are unable to give change for the vouchers"

Given that so many of you have been able to use them I think tesco dont seem to know their proverbial a$$ from their elbow

Tried to use the voucher I printed out today but was told Tesco no longer accept vouchers which have been printed off computer. Know the lady in my local store & she said they'd had memo round not to take them (not just this offer but sounded like all such vouchers).
Ah well was worth a try.

i sent OH down to tesco tonight and he managed to pick one up ok. he said he panicked when it need authorisation at the ss tills, as i hadnt warned him about it! got it no probs though and voucher was accepted.
