Just picked one up in Sainsburys. The lemon was £4.49 but the normal one was full price.

    Hi,
I have read of other people doing this, but don't understand how it is done. Could you explain how to do this?
    Thanks

Depends on your service provider, some use dynamic ip address that change every time you log on and some are static and never change. Virgin afaik are static and BT and Tiscali are dynamic...afaik.:)

Just tried to use one in my Local Tesco (Lisburn) but they refused to accept it.
The very cheerful (NOT) cashier, didnt even scan it, looked at me as if i had trodden in something and said "you cant use that, you haven't spent enough"!
I politely asked her to check and quite reluctantly she called a supervisor and told her "he only paid £4.49 for that and wants to use this", waving the coupon at her. After a couple of minutes the supervisor came back and informed me that as it was currently on offer and below the coupon value I couldnt use the voucher since they couldn't give me change (even if i bought other items) and therefore I would be losing out!!
She hepfully pointed out that I could use it at other supermarkets where they would cost more.

I would make sure you shop elsewhere after such treatment....AND pay the reduced price of £4.49 ! ..free of course with the coupon !
  • Hi

Printed two coupons using 2 different email addresses and people on same computer directly after one another without resetting the routerorclearing cookies etc., no problems.
Redeemed them in Sainsburys self scan (2 seperate transactions one straight after the other) today no problems the assistant came and just tapped in some codes each time.

Great to get 24 washes free, but I dont think I would pay the £10.16 full price. I suppose the refills are cheaper and this is a way of getting some interest in the dispenser.
    Thank you OP

Many thanks OP, I got mine this am at the self serve but it would not scan. The assistant tried and tried to put in the numbers, however eventually she just took off the fiver.
Didnt like to go back and do a second one right away, so will go in again tomorrow.
Checked Asda, £10 there so I left it thank you very much.
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.

Assistant in my local store asked me "How do I do this as it's for £5 and it's on offer for £4.49"? I said that she just scans it at the end of my shopping, as I had a few other items, so that's what she did with no problem. I thought she was not going to accept it. It was on the shelf with the offer price of £4.49. Too expensive to buy normally but great to get one free. Thanks to OP for listing it. :j
