Littlekel - I love the sound of that game!! Mine would look rubbish and I'm not the very creative type but might keep it in mind…we always play cluedo at my sister's so could make it cluedo-esque with family members and rooms could be people's houses or something… got me thinking! :T

My friend's sending me her copy of Room...had it in my Amazon basket but she's saved me some pennies;)
I'm reading a lovely easy chick-lit one at the moment plus one called 'The Winter of Our Disconnect' about a family - woman and 3 teenagers - who go technology free for 6months. I'd love my girls to be less keen on being online...but not as brave as this woman to pull the plug completely! Very interesting:)
PS....Did you spot me?;) Tis millyscarlett with my new name:rotfl:I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -

I have just read Using the plot - Paul Merrett V. good...Got it from the library and am now back onto a combo of Evangelical Times (light theological reading); Little women (sometimes) and 'Human Nature in it's fourfold state - Thomas Boston' which is a heavy puritan read but am enjoying. I only got into puritans 2 years ago approx (minister put out some pocket puritans which are two sermons each published by Banner of Truth and easier to read than psychology book; on a lot of relevant modern topic though mostly written 300-400 years ago) and I read 'sinful speech by John Flavel' (not just on swearing believe it or not. 1 day to read, a lifetime to apply) and was hooked.....Couldn't believe how easy they were to read. Then that winter I read an abridged version of the christian in complete armour by Gurnell (everyone bar me kept calling it Girdle LOL) which was a delight and amazingly so suited to my condition I bought the original cheap secondhand and it's a perm feature on my bookshelf...
Last summer I read the Diary and Journal of David Brainerd - one of the first missionaries to the Red Indians - the Diary being most moving and I also read a few of Jonathan Edwards sermons (abridged again) - the guy who wrote 'sinners in the hands of an angry God'.....
So yeah...this is the type of stuff I read after 8pm (and also for min an hour on Sabbath afternoons) when okay enough as part of my evening routine...cos it's intellectually stimulating and good for me...
