I'm more convinced this is a rootkit infection. Can you download hitman onto a usb stick from another computer and then run it on yours in safe mode with networking ??......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

cant believe no one has noticed this, you need to get rid of either AVG or Avast (i suggest getting rid of AVG - remember to use the AVG removal tool) as having 2 anti virus's running at the same time can (and usually will) cause conflicts!
