VM 20Mbps customers get "free" upgrade to 30Mbps

As title although there is a one-off £30 charge for a new Superhub to replace the modem. If you are on a good retentions deal it could cost more each month too.
If you are an advanced user you should note that the Superhub is lacking in features one of which is bridge mode so you can only use your own router with it through the Superhub NAT.

Virginmedia are running a two tier broadband for XL costomers. New customers get 30mb yet existing customers are being charged £30 to get 30mb even if they have the new super hub.:mad:0
