Easy Jet refunds again

After the snow problems on 18 Dec 2010 my Easy Jet flight was cancelled. I have been promised that my refund is being processed and their email dated 24 December said the refund should be completed within 4 weeks - nothing heard now (5 and half weeks later)
I am not claiming any compensation as I was able to transfer to another airline the same day
It is infuriating that Easy jet have had my money since July and that they do not respond to emails
