Anyone know what this is in Florence?

Hello everyone, I'm going to Milan for 3 nights and am wondering if anyone here would be able to shed som light on this last minute top secret hotel:

5-Star Luxury hotel centrally located

A short walk from Milan Central Station and the Natural History Museum, this contemporary 5-star hotel has a neoclassical-style, including an impressive marble faade. This traditional style is continued in the hotels bedrooms, which have beautifully engraved wooden furniture, as well as modern conveniences like high speed wifi, flat-screen TVs and bathrooms stocked with tempting toiletries.
