Hi All,
Does anyone use Lovefilm?
If anyone is on the unlimited account, how many DVD's do you actually get a month.
Im looking at signing up, to save money from going out, and wondered if they are as good as the website suggests?
Thanks

I have the 4 discs a month package and find the turnaround time very good. If I post a disc back on Monday, the next one normally arrives Wednesday.0

we had the unlimited package with 1 dvd at home a month. by the time we watched themand sent them back we onley got about 3 per month, then its also a hassle if a faulty one comes through.
we cancelled after 3 months0 -
I've been a member of both Lovefilm and Blockbuster, there are of a muchness but I found that Blockbuster was quicker at turning around blurays (which might not be a consideration for you); having said that, Lovefilm also has a streaming service that you have access to if you have a PS3 or other suitable device.0

We have been using Lovefilm for about 4 months and every single time have had the next one back within 48hrs of posting the old one.0

I've been with them for years, after doing all of the free trials and they are very good. I have just changed from an unlimited 2 dvd to 4 a month and regret it slightly already. With the 2 disc unlimited we were getting through 2 or 3 discs a week. It's very good value for money. We have only downgraded as we have just bought a pvr but we have already watched our 4 discs in 2 weeks and are now paying extra for online films or blockbuster, which makes no sense. The trick is to make sure you have a film for the weekend so always post one back before Thursday so you don't end up at Blockbusters.
I thoroughly recommend them and it is very easy to change your account to suit you.
Whatever you do, don't rent Lost.I'm sure I went upstairs for some reason.0 -
I have the two disk at home unlimited package and tend to get through about two a week so 8 a month ish.0

We have the minimum package, 2 discs a month but have been a member for about 3-4 years. No problem with service, we had the unlimited one as well but due to lack of time we now just watch 2 a month.0

I have the unlimited 2 disc at a time package and am very happy with it. I find the turnaround time to be really good. It's also good that you can now watch some films online too. I have about 15 on my wishlist that I can view online which is handy if there is a problem with the post.0

Thanks all, am def very interested now. Will give them a try.
I signed up for the free trial - and being blonde and not wanting my card to be charged, cancelled immediately.
It said to cancel anytime during the 2 weeks, but because I've cancelled already - they wont send any out, and now lost out on free trial. D'oh!0 -
just get sky movies it works out cheaper if you like your films etc.:footie:0
