I just got clarification regarding SOGA.After 12 months it is up to me to have to prove there is a fault with the oven. That would mean I get a engineer to have a look at it. The company employ a 3rd party to come and look this would mean a £80 call out rip off charge regardless of job. They also refuse to do a report.
I tried a local firm as I believe going out of town may incur more costs. A local firm the only one available can do it for £45 it will take 2 days for the seal to cure and I would have to take oven door in. They wont get involved with the argument and do a report.
I have chosen a local company to do it. Thanks for all your suggestions0 -
You could also try ovendoorglue.co.uk who make a kit for gluing the oven door glass.0
