Motorola Phone Tools

Hello,
does anyone use the Motorola Phone Tools? Where is a description or support list for this program? I can't find anything on it on the Motorola site!

I would like to find out if this supports a Motorola C350 or not. If not, are there any other tools for data (pictures/ringtones etc) transfers to a laptop (I already have a suitable cable).

this is the support forum for the phone tools software, which is made by bvrp software but moto calls it motorola phone tools
