I signed up for one of these with my new rental property via the letting agent so will let people know what these are like when I move in this weekend.
Also worth noting to get the box you agree to receive the marketing bumf from these and their partners.0 -

Neither did I!
I'm going to put it down to the agent obviously having a can't be arsed attitude! You could try ringing Homemovers box via the number on the website and see if your landlord or agent did contact them. I'm going to tomorrow.0 -
I got one in 2009 which was quite good, contained a six pack of fanta, full size fabric conditioner some muesli bar and a few other bits.A few flyers of advertising too.Was really pleased.
I moved again in 2010 and ordered one but got an e-mail that they have stopped them due to supplier issues or something similar. Maybe they've sorted it now though.:hello:0 -
I got one a few months ago when I moved into my new house. The contents looked similar to the picture on their homepage. I wasn't expecting it so it was a pleasant surprise! I assume the estate agents have to set it up and you can't really apply for one yourself.0

What did appear was loads of junk mail...
Looks like its just a scam to get your details so they can send tons of junk mail0
