Could you try it again, ensuring that the date input on the left for 'When Was the Charge?' is in the past.

If it still gives a negative answer, could you report it on here and we'll look into it.

I am happy to say that the Bank Charge calculator now displays dates the correct way round, hurrah!

i tried adding up my bank charges with martins interest calculator and it takes the interest off what i am owed ... if that makes any sense,

what am i doing wrong, when i used it before it added the interest on top??

I am trying to reclaim some credit card charges but when ever I try to use the calculator it takes off the interest instead of adding it on. Has anybody else had this problem??

I would contact either site admin of MSE or a board helper who may be able to help you sort out this issue.

I've just tested it and it worked but if you still having problems please post here and I'll report this to Dan.

It didn't work at all for me. Entered charge amount & date and hit the calculate button but nothing happened

I did the calculations on my laptop , which is Windows Vista , and it worked ok. Please ignore the pm
