I would concur with the other posters, but before you go and buy a new cart. try the advice in this video HERE
Also, if you go through Topcashback or quidco, you can earn money back from your purchase.
The best deal I got was via TCB when I ordered a cart for my HP, it cost a total of £4.99, but I got £10 cash-back.Never Knowingly Understood.

i wouldnt use that, there is no such thing as a universal ink for all printers,
some printers use dye based ink and some use pigment ink, there is no such thing as a dyepigment ink it is 1 or the other and shouldnt be mixed so using a so called universal ink is not recomended.

By whom ? Any noticeable differences (not that there are any) can be adjusted out in the printer set-up.
Most of my printing is B & W documents with a few colour illustrations.
There are a few photographs of my grandson/family taken on a Nikon D90. I consider the quality of these photographs to be just as good as when using a Canon cartridge.
So just why should I pay Canon's exorbitant prices ? - I'd rather spend the the money on vintage Champagne, which is cheaper - and doesn't stain my lips:D
If you wish to waste your money please carry on !0
