I was just wondering if anyone has a good supplier of print cartridges. I'm sure there must a thread on this or something. I just can't find it.
I've got an Epson which takes a bundle of 6 inks. Any suggestions would be great.

I've used Aktiv Direct a number of times for Canon and Epson inks:

On my old Epson, the cheap compatible ink didn't have a noticeable difference from the original stuff. The latest batch of Canon inks I've had don't seem to print quite as nicely and have run out after less pages. Also last time I bought their cheap photo paper it wasn't quite up to scratch, but their options have changed so maybe they've updated the range since then.
SVP also have excellent service and sell all manner of consumables. Bit more expensive but generally better quality. I've bought black Canon ink from them before, and the cheap ProJet glossy paper does a decent job for photos.

i have used epson printers for years and get my ink from Ink & Media Ltd.
i get the JetTec cartridges and you get twice the amount of ink in their cartridges.
the ink goes down to zero then you switch off then back on and it shows full again. it only does it the once though!0 -

I tend to get my HP inks from valueshop.co.uk or Amazon depending which is best price at the time.0

I've bought inks from a number of vendors and the quality is pretty consistent, so I would just find the cheapest rather than go with someone who's been recommended.
There doesn't seem to be one overall cheapest supplier, though - the place I used for cheap Epson cartridges charge a fortune for Canon ones (and vice versa)...0 -
Try buytech.co.uk - they sell dirt cheap cartridges for some Epson models (well under a pound apiece, and work just fine) and sometmes they sell CISS (ink reservoir systems) too - and ink for them is 69p for 100mls!!!0

I've recently ordered cartridges from buytech that arrived as the wrong product. No response to emails, no phone contact available. A Google search brings lots of bad feedback. My advice is to avoid them.0 -
