I think perhaps fish pedicures is a bit too unusual, too weird and essentially, too foreign, for the Daily Mail. I'm going to have one as soon as I can get to Norwich, the nearest place to me that they have this. I'd be more inclined to take the National Enquirer seriously than the Daily Mail :D

You're telling me! I didn't even know she read the Daily Mail. My relief came when I saw it on the BBC News website.

Re the label for Beauty Bay: you can use the Freepost label after today. I emailed Ailsa to check. Today was the last day they were giving them out though.

Went to B**ts. Only picked up reduced hair bobbles, but my dad bought a new Gillette razor & a Wilkinson Sword one. And gave me the no7 voucher :s

Great big hugs to Lyndseydee and anyone else who wants/needs one, or just wants to join in.
No buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60

HUGE dodgy hug for Lyndsaydee - lots of wine and chocolate for you.

one in for me today - I got a mascara with my glamour mag - which is great, cos it means that I know exactly what I had when I definately dont go to tesco to buy the others on Thursday....

Have we March set up yet?? I seem to have done rather a lot in the last few months and dont want it to look like Ive taken over it - we all share !!!!

Apparently so if you use the freepost address label. Mcculloch29 has been mailing it, but I can forward it to you if you don't have it. Just pm your email address if you need it.

I put all my ebay stuff into a large plastic bag (or a box if selling breakables) as soon as I've listed them. Remove the ones that sell, and then when a free listing day comes :T I know exactly where they are.

Was this the orange colour one? If so, it was one of my favourite Avon shower gels and I was  when they discontinued it!!

    Welcome :D

Yep, the orange one which smells gloriously citrussy - Mum was doing Avon when they discontinued them and she got me two of the big bottles from clearance for 99p each! I'll keep my eyes out for them releasing a new version of thisw - they almost certainly will.

I UU a botanics body scrub last night. WIBA?: Nope, it was too moisturiser like for me. I felt like I should be rubbing it in not washing it off!

Dining room looks fab Kaz! that wallpaper is gorgeous! As for the botanics body scrub, if it's the same one I had I hated it - don't think I even ended up finishing it! :o

Spent pretty much the whole of today moving my stuff into the spare room and now I ache from head to foot. I would try a soak in the bath but I don't have the energy or the muscle power to move from the bed, although it would help me in using stuff up :rotfl:

Awww dodgy hugs to you Lynsey - sorry to hear that things haven't worked out. Relieved for your sake though that things are at least amicable-ish.

I've been away from Friday, and then had to dash back yesterday as MrEH was taken to hospital on saturday night (no sympathy please - rugby injury!) - he took a hard tackle straight to the middle, and by the end of the evening was in such pain that my Dad took him to hospital. Thankfully he was discharged this evening, and they've not found any serious injuries, just deep internal bruising. Anyway, I'm pages behind with the thread, so off to catch up!

Do I need a label or can I just write the address on as I'm unable to print anything, I guess unless I do it at work tomorrow.

So last day of Feb and I have a UU and throw out to report:-

UU is small tub of No 7 Day Cream. I got this as a gwp and Emma (daughter 12 going on 32) robbed it however, as is the case with these things, she gave up using it and so I have been left to dig the dregs out with a cotton bud. Glad to actually as I've been trying to eek my Elemis PCMC out until the end of the month. Think though that I only have enough of this to coat one side of my face tomorrow so will be shopping in my stash for another PCMC.

Throw out : Clinique Eyebrow pencil because no matter how gently I use it I still end up with Barbara Cartland brows!

Compared to January I have been a real Saint as I've only bought the Ojon conditioner and Clinique mascara that I treated myself to on my birthday - totalling £37.00.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

  • Happy end of the month everyone!

Don't think I will manage any more UU today so am declaring my February numbers!

8 UU and 2 INs so 6 items out of the stash overall, it's a small achievement but at least I'm using up more than I buy!

Thought I would finish an Avon face wash today but there is still another go in there, so it will be an easy UU for March

See you all next month :D
No more buying unnecessary toiletries 2018
    35 UU / 13 unnecessary ins

ooh silly question. If I get my hair cut and styled tomorrow will it hold til tomorrow night? meant ot be going out and dont want to style my hair myself!

ETA: or help me learn how to use straighteners....I own that have never been used!

Yes but you need to be careful with it. Avoid touching it. Don't go walking anywhere if it's wet or windy and don't tie it back :)

    Love the pic @thevicster

I'd love one of those Celia Britwell bags but it's for a UK charity so not stocked in Boots in Ireland. If anybody has a spare one I'd be happy to buy it:)
